“For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them.” (Ephesians 2:10)

The purpose of the Greeters Ministry is to warmly welcome everyone with a smile, a hug, or a handshake to Christ Family Church.   The greeters assist and greet visitors and make them feel welcome and comfortable as they enter.

The Bible tells us to "Be kind one to another,"  and a way to display kindness is helping one another by share a kind word, or a warm smile.  The Greeters of Christ Family Church believe in showing the love of Christ to each person that enters the church.  By doing so, we help prepare their hearts for worship.

“I would rather be a doorkeeper in the house of my God than dwell in the tents of wickedness”
(Psalm 84:10).

Members of Christ Family Church’s Ushers Ministry help members and visitors locate seats, especially as the service becomes crowded. Ushers direct the procession of parishioners during the collection of tithes, offerings and Holy Communion. We provide comfort and hospitality to the congregation during all services and provide any assistance necessary. Ushers handle and maintain control and provide support during any crisis or emergency situation that occurs during the worship service.

Director: Wilbert McLamb

“For a day in your courts is better than a thousand. I would rather be a doorkeeper in the house of my God than dwell in the tents of wickedness.” (Psalm 84:10)

The Security Ministry endeavors to ensure a worship experience in a safe environment for the members and visitors. Team members are prepared to respond quickly to a crisis situation with a minimal level of interruption to the Worship service. The security team makes sure that the church campus and grounds are protected, as well as provide information and direction into the sanctuary, classrooms, and other meeting areas.

Director: Kim Myers

(Romans 12:11-13)

CFC’s Hospitality Ministry strives to meet the needs of its members, guests, and visitors during any one of our many events!

The Media Ministry serves to carry the Gospel of Jesus Christ to our visually-driven, ever-changing world through the use of technology and media.  This includes both the sight and sound of the ministry.

Members of this ministry serve  to enhance the worship experience, communicating with the congregation, extending the congregation beyond the walls of the church, and proliferating the Gospel of Jesus Christ..
